A bit about my approach to therapy
I utilize a person-centered therapy approach, and meeting a client where they are. I will balance support with a challenge to help you move forward. I am formally trained in DBT, CBT and Motivational Interviewing. I operate from a trauma-informed, solutions-focused approach, with DBT skills training to adjunct as coping skills.
